Hi, I’m Dee Green-Mery, BSN, RN.
I’m a foundations-first body systems educator who helps women understand how their bodies actually work — so nutrition, movement, and self-care can finally stick.

Why I Started Holistic Adaptive Health:

I kept meeting strong, capable women who were holding everything together — work, family, responsibility — while quietly struggling in their own bodies.They weren’t weak.
Their bodies were operating without a steady foundation.
Most advice asked them to do more, try harder, or push through — without first creating the capacity to change.So I built a different starting point.When the foundation stabilizes, capacity returns.
